Title: Solitons on Wormholes

Abstract:
The sine-Gordon equation in 1+1 dimensions admits a static kink solution with with topological charge 1. The kinks do not exist (for neither SG nor any other scalar field theory) in flat d+1 dimensions, where d>1. I shall prove the existence of static kinks on 3+1 dimensional curved wormhole space-time with two asymptotically flat regions, and discuss linear and non-linear stability of the kinks.
