Title: On classification of the 2-nd order linear differential operators

Abstract:
We study the action of the diffeomorphism group on the space the 2-nd order linear partial differential operators. In the talk the algebra of differential invariants and the corresponding quotient of the action will be described. We'll also show relationships of the invariants with various geometrical structures on manifolds and outline a method of finding normal forms of differential operators based on the corresponding geometrical structures.
