Title: Nonlocal homogeneous third-order Hamiltonian operators

Abstract:
We start with a short review of results on local homogeneous third-order Hamiltonian operators:

1. Potemin system (skew-symmetry conditions and consequences of Jacobi identity).

2. Monge metric and conditions on its coefficients.

3. Classifications in two- three- and four-component cases.

Then we will discuss nonlocal operators that arise via Dirac reductions.
