Title: Twisted symmetries. Part 2

Abstract:
The talk discusses results from the papers by G. Gaeta "Twisted symmetries of differential equations", J. Nonlinear Math. Phys. 16 suppl.1 (2009) 107-136, arXiv:1002.1487, and by G. Cicogna and G. Gaeta "Twisted symmetries and integrable systems", Int. J. Geom. Meths. Mod. Phys. 6 (2009) 1305-1321, arXiv:1002.1489 and thier applications to ODEs and PDEs. It turns out that twisted symmetries can be used to detect integrability of many equations that have no standard symmetries.
