Title: Invariants of forth order linear differential operators

Abstract:
The report is devoted to linear scalar differential operators of the fourth order on 2-dimensional manifolds. The field of rational differential invariants of such operators will be described and their application to the equivalence problem with respect to the group of diffeomorphisms of the manifold will be shown.
