Title: On the constant astigmatism equation
Abstract:
For the above mentioned equation we reveal a geometric relation to the sine-Gordon equation, a relation to the plasticity theory, and the geometrical meaning of the Lipschitz solutions obtained in XIX century. The latter solutions are invariant with respect to the classical symmetries.
